Return & Refund Policy

At Spishri, we take great care in delivering high-quality, Satvik products. However, due to the consumable nature of our items, we only accept returns under specific circumstances, as outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests if:

  • The product was damaged or leaked during transit.

  • An incorrect item was delivered.

  • The product was expired or defective at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Products not in their original packaging.

  • Customized hampers or special gift packs.

  • Orders shipped outside India.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. In such cases, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection:

  • A refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 48 hours.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • If any returned product does not meet the stated criteria or is missing, an appropriate deduction will be made from the refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging (if applicable)

International Orders
