At Spishri, we take great care in delivering high-quality, Satvik products. However, due to the consumable nature of our items, we only accept returns under specific circumstances, as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests if:
The product was damaged or leaked during transit.
An incorrect item was delivered.
The product was expired or defective at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
Opened or partially used products.
Products not in their original packaging.
Customized hampers or special gift packs.
Orders shipped outside India.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection:
A refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 48 hours.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If any returned product does not meet the stated criteria or is missing, an appropriate deduction will be made from the refund amount.
