At Spishri, we are committed to delivering your order in the fastest and safest way possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your products.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For bulk or international inquiries, please contact us directly at spishri@gmail.com.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by weather, strikes, or courier delays.


3A. Free Delivery Policy

Free delivery is available only on orders placed directly through our official website, spishri.in, and only on products sold and fulfilled by Spishri. To be eligible for free delivery, the minimum order value must be ₹1,299 or above.
The order value is calculated after applying any discounts and before taxes or other charges.

Free delivery does not apply to:

  • Orders below ₹1,299

  • Products or services not sold directly by Spishri

  • Any special shipping services such as express delivery, re-delivery, or customized requests

If an order qualifying for free delivery is partially or fully returned and the final retained order value falls below ₹1,299, the applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

Spishri reserves the right to modify or withdraw the free delivery offer at any time without prior notice.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment. You can also track it through the "My Orders" section on our website.


5. Packaging

All products are securely packed to ensure freshness and safety during transit.


6. Undelivered or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged after reconfirmation, but additional delivery charges may apply.


7. Delays & Exceptions

Spishri is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen events beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays or issues with your order.
