Please note that we use two types of packaging for our products:

Display Packaging: This is used for promotional photos, exhibitions, and marketing purposes. It may differ slightly in appearance from the retail packaging.
Customer Packaging: This is the actual packaging used to deliver products to customers. It is designed to ensure safe, hygienic, and fresh delivery.

While both contain the same high-quality product, minor visual differences may exist between display and customer packaging. We assure you that this does not impact the product’s authenticity or quality.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order on Spishri.in implies an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or other reasons.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept secure payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other approved gateways.

4A. Free Delivery

Free delivery is available only on orders placed and paid for through our official website (spishri.in) and only for products that are sold and fulfilled directly by Spishri. To qualify for free delivery the order subtotal must be at least ₹1,299. Subtotal is calculated after any promotional discounts have been applied and before taxes, payment fees, or any other charges.
Free delivery does not apply to:

(a) products sold by third-party sellers, marketplace listings, or orders placed through any channel other than spishri.in;

(b) items explicitly marked as excluded from free delivery;

If an eligible order is returned or partially returned and the remaining order value falls below ₹1,299, Spishri reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund or to charge the applicable shipping fee.
Spishri may modify, suspend, or withdraw the free delivery offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective from the date they are posted on the website.

All discounts shown on Spishri.in represent the total combined benefit, which may include the difference between regular price and selling price, prepaid payment discounts, and applicable coupon code discounts.
Offers are valid for a limited time, subject to stock availability, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Spishri reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any offer, discount, or coupon code at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Discounts are applied automatically or via valid coupon codes at checkout and have no cash value.
